Rule 10
Nomination of Presiding Members
(1) The chairman may nominate a maximum of three members to preside over the meeting in the absence of himself and the vice-chairman. (2) The member nominated in accordance with sub-rule (1) may exercise all the rights that the chairman is entitled to exercise in the meeting he is presiding over.
